The press really is greener on our side of the fence. Going green isn’t some radical movement anymore. It’s real. It’s mainstream. And it’s vital to the preservation of our eco-system. Green business practices are becoming the norm. So a long time ago, we here at We Print made the commitment to begin the transition to more eco-sensitive printing practices.
We are able to offer our clients a virtual palette of green solutions. Vegetable and Soy based inks, Hundreds of choices of recycled and post consumer recycled paper, Direct to plate printing with no harmful chemical processes, tips on how to design green to minimize paper wastage and many more. We also practice what we preach by recycling our own paper waste and aluminum plating material. We’re implementing new programs to reduce make-ready times, create solvent recovery systems and reduce ink usage. We Print is now Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. Both organizations are dedicated to insuring forestry is practiced in an environmentally responsible, socially beneficial, and economically viable way
